Heat has been found as the most effective method to reduce the pain of menstrual cramps. If you feel that a part of your limb is a bit stiff, you can use heat therapy on that area to relieve the stiffness.You can heat up an area of your body to treat aches. There are a number of ways to do that – heating pads, deep heat cream, heating blankets, heat lamps and hot water bottles.

Massage helps in relaxing the muscles and encourages blood circulation in the area. This remedy helps stretch out the tightness in your body which can help with scar tissue, strains, sprains, muscle tears, and even broken bones. Massage therapy is used after post severe injuries as well to shorten the recovery time but it has to be done by professionals in the field. If you have a minor injury, you can start by putting light pressure for a few minutes daily, and if that helps then increase the duration and frequency gradually.
