Mountain Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:

5 oz lime juice
5 oz agave
5 oz blood orange purée
4 fresh mint leaves
Splash of soda water

For this signature recipe you might have to invest in some cocktail equipment like a Collins glass and a muddler. Alternatively, you can always improvise with a smoothie mixer or blender. If you do have a cocktail set, you just have to muddle the mint along with the lime juice and agave in a Collins glass. Then add the blood orange purée, ice and top with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint and voila, you can impress everyone with your very own mouthwatering Mountain Mojito Mocktail!

Strawberry Fields

Ingredients:
1.5 oz hibiscus syrup
1 oz strawberry syrup
Soda to top
3 ice cubes

This scrumptious recipe is all bursting with fruity flavor and perfect to add into a large punch bowl to serve all your guests at a party. All you have to do is combine the hibiscus syrup, strawberry syrup, soda and ice, and garnish with strawberries and you can impress all your friends and family with your newfound mocktail talents.

Rosemary Blueberry Smash

Ingredients:
7-8 blueberries
1 rosemary twig
1 oz honey syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice, strained
4 oz sparkling mineral water
Ice

If you have a cocktail set, you can gently smash all the sweet, flavorsome ingredients into a cocktail shaker, including the rosemary leaves, and honey syrup. Once these are all mixed in the shaker, you can simply add fresh lemon juice and ice and shake vigorously. If you don’t have all the fancy cocktail equipment, then you can also whip it all into a blender. Then top it all with sparkling water, and stir to taste, and voila, you’re a mocktail maestro!
